How to change password for you BG user

Have you forgotten your password? You can reset it using the guide below.

Enter your school account (e.g., solo0001@birke-gym.dk) and click “Next“.

Then click on “I forgot my password“.

Then follow the on-screen instructions (You will need 2-factor authentication to reset your password).

Password requirements:

8-16 symbols
At least 1 capital letter
At least 1 number

It may take up to 5 minutes before the password change is completed.

After your password is changed it will work on the features below:

– Print
– Lectio
– Wifi (Students)
– Office 365
